Yes, you can add your own pages to your website after the project is completed. Each of my web design packages includes a specified number of pages. You may purchase additional pages for me to creat at $25 per page. You may also add pages on your own after my work is completed. However, support and other services bundled into your package, such as SEO and social media integration, are available only for web pages I have created.

Consider your options carefully up front to determine what you really need. Selecting a more robust package in the beginning may save you money in the long run.

The SEO copywriting service I provide is intended to help your website rank higher on search engines such as Google. However, if you wish to use your own copy, you may. You must provide the copy to me in accordance with the production timeline for your project, and the copy you provide will be published exactly as it is received. You must also sign a statement affirming that you own all rights to the content you provide.

I will meet with you by phone or online—or even in person if you’re in the Nashville area—to get an understanding of your business and marketing needs. Based on our conversations, I’ll tailor the layout, navigation, color scheme—the overall look and feel—of your website to meet your branding needs as part of an effective overall marketing presence.

First, I ask you questions about your business, your ideas, and what you want to achieve. In addition, I will also ask about the design and technical requirements of your site. For example, if you are a small business looking into selling a product, I'll ask if you need a full-fledged ecommerce platform, or if you want to other payment options, like Paypal, integrated into your site.

Second, I develop a plan that includes color scheme, layout, navigation and branding elements based on our conversations.

Third, I present mockups of the design for us to discuss, and then incorporate any necessary changes.

Once the design is finalized, I put that design into production on a test server.

You review the progress on the test server, and we discuss any necessary changes.

Once a final version is approved, I send you the files to upload to your servers.

There are a number of reasons why Wordpress is a good choice for your Content Management System (CMS). It’s an easy-to-understand platform that makes updating your site simple, even if you’ve never made changes to a website before. It’s customizable, which means I can tailor your site to your needs. And, it’s free, so I can pass that savings on to you.

I have tailored other standalone services just for this purpose. My monthly retainer service is available for purchase after your site goes live, but it is recommended that you purchase the monthly retainer with your package in the beginning. This way, you can focus on your business and be at peace knowing someone is taking care of your site on a monthly basis.

When cost is a primary concern, consider a web design package rather than stand-alone services. I designed the packages as a cost-effective way to give my clients the key components they need to develop an effective online presence. The packages bundle essential services at a lower price than if you purchased each service individually.

I prefer to receive payments through Paypal. The first 30% is due up front in order to begin work on your project (M0). Another 30% is due before I put your design into production on the test server (M4). The remainder is due in full before I send you the final approved files (M6).

Yes, you can cancel your contract. However, the payments made on each milestone are non-refundable.

For example, if the first payment has already been paid with the initial work already done, and you need to cancel for whatever reason, I will honor that cancellation. The first payment made cannot be refunded back to you, but you will no longer be obligated to make the additional 2nd and 3rd payment installation.

Each package includes a specific amount of design mocks/comps for the site. Additional mocks/comps can be purchased at $70 per design.

Original price for mocks are $100, saving you $30 per design.

A logo can be purchased at $45 per logo. This can be purchased if you don't currently have a logo and need one, or if you have an existing logo and choose a logo redesign.
