Nashville Logo Design, Brand & Identity Portfolio
Below are samples of my Nashville logo design and brand identity work. Some are designs from my freelance (aka Zion Eye Media) work, and others are from current and/or previous full-time employment.
Tennessee Dermatology Society
I submitted a handful of different designs with various color schemes for review and presentation, and am showing several of the designs here.
Tennessee Psychiatric Association
Here you’ll find a couple of logo submissions for the Tennessee Psychiatric Association.
Tennessee Geriatrics Society
Here are a handful of logo and brand ideas I submitted for review to the Tennessee Geriatrics Society.
Tennessee Radiological Society
The Tennessee Radiological Society needed a refresh on their logo, but at the same time, needs users to be able to quickly identify their specialty in radiology. These are several of the samples I provided to the medical society, and gave ample color combinations to boot.
Tennessee Academy of Long-Term Care Physicians
Quick samples of the logo design work I have submitted to the Tennessee Academy of Long-Term Care Physicians as part of my work with TMA. I have only chosen a few to show, and these logos have various color schemes that the academy is reviewing. These logo designs are still in review and presentation.
Tennessee Academy of Neurology
These are samples of my branding development for the Tennessee Academy of Neurology. While these are still in review and presentation, especially with color scheme and layout, I thought I would offer a glimpse of what I have done and continue to do for their association.
Girls Against P0rn and Human Trafficking
GAPHT initially contacted me to conduct a Flash version of their logo, with very distinct specifications of how the logo should be designed to portray the nature of their work. The initial scope of work was to transform the existing logo – consisted of a static image of 3 girls in a 3D version (created in a Maya-type platform) – into an animated design. Symbolic (visual or practical) representation of the transition from night to day was the goal, symbolizing new hope and new beginnings. The flash version was a success, but did not fully engage well with the actual design of the site as created by the original designer, which I also took on as the project. In effort to make the logo and web look and feel more streamlined, I nixed the flash in favor of a cleaner, more symbolic design that conveyed more clearly the message and mission of the company.
Massive Monkees Logo Redux
Massive Monkees is an awesome bboy (that’s breakdancers for the non-educated) crew in my awesome hometown, Seattle, WA. This was a sample of a revised logo for the Massive Monkees Studio that they were building in 2012. This logo design was a tall order that I learned a lot from in the process. Lots of different moving parts were expected in the brief: symbolic in nature, keeping the Pacific Northwest flavor and tribal culture in tact, and infusing hip hop influences were taken into consideration. Unfortunately, I had a bit too much fun (and too much involved in the logo) that the logo became more and more convoluted and busy. Still, it was a fun project.
Joan Hall Homes
This is a sample of a series of logos I created for our dear friend and realtor, Joan Hall. The main focus on her logo was to promote the openness of her personality and character, which doubles as her ability to showcase homes for potential homeowners. Her website is still pending.
Linda Strandell
This is a series of logos I created for Linda Strandell, an awesome cosmetologist and hairstylist that I was friends with.
Just Paradox
Just Paradox is an emcee, designer, and student of theology. I initially designed his logo branding and corresponding websites: JustParadox, TripleHMixtapes, Jag’dEdgeMedia and ParadoxParables. Corresponding websites designed are not maintained by Zion Eye Media, and may differ from the actual designed site after site launch.
Jag’d Edge Media
Another logo/branding entity designed for Just Paradox.
Triple H Mixtapes
Triple H Mixtapes is a website for free Christian Hip Hop mixtape downloads from Just Paradox. I designed both the site and logo creation.
Paradox Parables
Paradox Parables is the “blog” portion of Just Paradox where discusses theological, religious, and historical perspectives regarding Christianity and Judaism.
Rockhaus v1
This Rockhaus logo is a sample logo I designed for a dear friend in Seattle, WA who was looking into creating a community of musicians and artist collaboration in Seattle.
Rockhaus v2
This is another version of the Rockhaus brand I created.
