From new websites to complete redesigns, I can make it happen.
Quick Web Design Tip
Always start with the end goal in mind. Use the marketing & business goals as the guidelines to position your marketing elements, creating better site functionality and usability.

Playdough
Playdough, an awesome EMCEE, freestyle rap champion and member of the supercrew, Deepspace 5, needed a website to funnel his marketing efforts and generate more positive consumer appeal and feedback for his music. The challenge in this project was in the creation of the design, as my client is somewhat colorblind. Therefore, creating a visual appeal that makes sense to him as well as his consumers proved worthy of the challenge. Using an Apple-inspired color wheel scale (more monochromatic), I created various samples of initial designs (see sample 1 and sample 2) to capture the essence of my client’s music while being able to have him visually see and approve.

Honorable Design Mentions

Grell Photography
Grell Photography is an upcoming project that I am working on for Jennifer Grell, an avid photographer in Nashville, TN. The project challenge is to create a photography site that 1) easily showcases her work, 2) creates a vibrant and outgoing atmosphere to the user (using her choice of color scheme) while maintaining professionalism, and 3) allows the client to manage and administer her site with minimal technical knowledge. The designs are still in the works, and construction/development of the site will be under way soon. More to come in the near future.

Rockhaus
Rockhaus, a Seattle all-ages music venue “for the glory of the Father,” did not have a website to market and showcase their artists, concert dates, and display their ministry outside of a Facebook account. This project was to show a sample of how their website could be presented and marketed to an avid music fan.

Vanderbilt Chancellor’s Scholars
This project was to create a more appealing site of The Office of Chancellor’s Scholars at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. The previous version was visually unappealing and did not display the level of intellectual and creative appeal that the Office wanted for its students. The challenge was to make the site look intelligent, appealing to the intellectual, and still be applicable to the user. A more modern approach to the design was created, using Apple as my resource of inspiration to define the look and feel, in addition to site usability.

Past Web Designs
Below are previous (i.e. OLD!!) designs I created for bands and musicians. These past designs were created as a full-fledged flash site, and is no longer available for viewing. I’m posting these to showcase what I have done with those in the music industry.
