This is a website redesign project I conducted as the former Web Manager at TMA. During my time there, their previous website was built with ASP.NET and Ektron CMS. The challenges were that the website was not user-friendly (for both staff, clients and external users) filled with non-engaging content (limited calls-to-action, majority of rich content behind membership gateway, etc.) and tons of login issues in an old and outdated content management system that was hard to use and didn’t work on modern browsers. Turning the site into open-source, I built the site to make it more user-friendly that caters to the customer’s needs wherever they may be, with a better login functionality, increased communication avenues with users and designed to make them more modern and in the times.
The site was redesigned a year after I left.
